To ensure product safety and freshness, all out-of-state orders are carefully frozen and shipped from Monday to Wednesday, and in-state orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed outside of this window will be shipped the following Monday. We advise a 10 lb. minimum on all meat products to ensure they remain frozen or cool to the touch upon receipt.
